I have the problem that the video and the pictures are full of black dots. Does anybody know what could be the prolbem?`

thanks ;) was a great spot.... I share a 2nd pic, maybe you can see it better there....

If you just look from the tablet or phone you might not see it. I watch them on a 27 inch screen and they all look horrible.

its like there are pixels missing

I am having a problem getting the camera to connect to the phantom Wi-Fi it keeps bringing up the aspire model and when I go to the phantom model it just gives instructions on how to connect. Can anyone help?

You would be better stating your own thread.

To the OP that’s a strange problem, I assume you have no filters attached, does the phantom have an anti aliasing filter

No I use no filters. It started from one day to the next

could it be very minute dust particles behind the lens glass cover
take it off and clean and do a static video test

The missing pixels are moving, so they r not all the time on the same place. Cannot be dust, unfortunately. I also bought different sad cards but also this didn’t change anything.

Is the picture from the SD card directly? If yes, please upload several original pictures from SD card, I'd like to look into it.

We have seen this before, it is a fault in the camera, and it needs to go back to DJI for repair.
