Did you use OTG cable? It will make the image of wifi channel disappear. Can you provide a screenshot of the situation for better analysis? Thanks.
No i don't use a OTG cable as it is my understanding that such a cable voids the warranty.
Could you connect the wifi successfully? From your picture, there was no image. Any error message from your app?
Please watch the following video and try to reset the wifi. Keep us updated, thanks.
Do you use Android version 7.1.1? Try to see if with Android 6.0.1 everything works fine, it might be this. I mean the APP DJI GO 4 could have problems with Android 7.

Am using a Insignia NS-P10A6100 Android version 5.01 and there are no updates for it.
