I wonder if that was due to the Mavic fighting the wind.  Notice how hard the flag is blowing.  It looks to me like when the drone is sideways to the wind is when the horizon is off.

Might be the case, although you would think the gimbal should be able to compensate.

Now that is an open area to fly LOL - great video!
