My Crystalsky can connect to the Spark RC with Wifi when set to 5.8ghz. When I change to 2.4ghz and the controller restarts the Crystalsky cannot see the Spark RC to connect to.
I'd like to be able to use 2.4ghz with my crystalsky

Please try to hold on the power button of RC for 9 seconds to reset the WiFi and check again.

Ok I've done as follows;

Power on spark and RC. Connection verified

Power on CS and connect to RC

All ok ready to fly. Currently using 5.8ghz

Switch to 2.4mhz in Go4 app

RC restarts automatically

CS cannot see RC WiFi

Hold down RC button 9 seconds until 3beep-2beep

Still no RC WiFi found by CS

Please try to use an IOS device to search the wifi of RC when you switch to 5.8G channel.
Or you can try to link your drone without RC and see if the crystal sky can search the wifi of your drone.Also, restoring factory setting may solve the problem. If those solutions don't work, please inform us.
