[size=14.6667px]I have a battery that is fully charged. When I power up with it in the mavic.. nothing happens but the 4 battery lights stay on.

sorry for the funky formatting of my message.  I tried to edit it but the time limit was up.

Funky battery that's shot ! under warranty? I'd send that back asap.

It seems the battery doesn't communicate to the drone. Is it the first time you use this battery? If this is not the first time you use the battery had you flown the drone on a raining day or is there any water damage to the drone before? Please check.

thanks for the replies.

Never flown in the rain.  This battery has flown 63 times... 32 battery charges.  It was the original battery that came with the Mavic I purchased in July.

I do have DJI refresh so maybe I start there?

Did you have another battery? Please try another one and see if the mavic functions well. If your drone works well with another battery, please contact our support and send this battery back for check.
