I would like to study in detail about new features such as Dynamic Home Points and Spherical panorama.

Every time I enter DJI.com I've been forvarded to the local version DJI.com/ru where there is the only very old User Manual (rus) v1.2. There was at least v1.4 in English I believe.

Can anybody post a link to the Download section of DJI Web site where most recent User Manuals are posted?

Alex, you can check the new feature through our app description. I think more information will update in our manual and post in our website.

The manual in general does not explain a lot of features in the DJI Go 4 app but focuses more on the hardware.
Hope DJI will add this in a future update of the manual!

Some videos are starting to show up on YouTube. For example, this one:

Buying technically complicated product I would expect well documented explanation of all the features directly from manufacturer.

Videos on YouTube are good additional material. Especially in case video made or approved by manufacturer.

You can just use some US based vpn to get the latest user manual, if there is any newer of course.
