Hi There, I am trying to sell my spark (4 months old). What are the things should i be aware of? how can I erase all the footprints and make it clean for the new owner?how can I transfer the DJI fresh to the new owner as well.

Keep your phone and memory card.  Disassociate the Spark from your DJI account.  It might happen automatically when the new owner downloads DJI Go 4 and registers.

You could see by having a friend load up the app and connect to your spark.  It should start a new account.

I don't believe however you can transfer ownership of the DJI care refresh.  Todd in Chicago

Dji care refresh is tied to the drone so no problem there. When you sell the drone next owner will sign in under his email with his password, so your records will not follow the drone under new password and email.

You don't have to do anything, sold my mavic with no problems.

I don't believe you can 'un register' your drone or something.
Not that I know at least.

May I ask why you are selling?

You don't need to transfer the DJI Refresh. It will follow the drone itself. I think the new owner will need to register a DJI new account.
