Just bought a new {DJI} Battery for my Phantom 3, but upon arrivial it the battery will not charge.

Is it something that i need to do to the battery before trying to charge it for the first time?  Or do i need to sent back the battery.

I know that its not the charger, because it charges my other battery just fine.

Kavin, please check the connection between the charger and battery and the socket, try to keep the battery in the charger for about 2 hours. If it doesn't work, please send it back to us.
