Hello my name is DeVonte. I recently bought a phantom 4 refurb. When i received it. The Phantom had 2 ESC Codes. So it never flew. sent it back and DJI DID RECIEVE . I was told it would take 5-7 business day to send it back to me, not including shipping days. I contacted support through online chat to let them know that i REALLY NEED IT for an event i have this Saturday. She informed me that she would update my case with an expedite report. I haven't received or heard anything in my email about the update can anyone PLEASE HELP has anyone else had an expedite request?
