Hi,

I received my Mavic Pro today.

When I want to turn on the remote controller, it says everytime "Bat 100 pct" and turn off fastly.
Even if I connect it to my phone it is the same.

If I want to connect it to to PC with Assistant 2 ,doesnt work as well.

So, my RC doens't work and and the drone makes any flash when I start the button. Just green light for 3 sec' and stops.

Can someone help me please ?

May sound like a dumb question however, I will ask it and risk your wrath.

When activating the controller or the drone do you press the power button once and then immediately again while holding the button down for a few seconds on the second press?

If pressing once quickly neither the controller nor the drone will activate, but lights on the drone will flash momentarily.
If you are already doing this then I cannot help you ... perhaps you need to get in touch with DJI for further assisatance.
