when i try to connect my osmo + whit my iphone 7 plus the screen is all black !!! the right light is solid green and the left light is solid yellow
and in the dji go app it assumes that is an normal osmo !!! and that´s incorrect and it dosen´t let me change it
already re-instaled the app and reset the wifi setings and nothing  please help someone  

Did you reset the device successfully? When you press the Trigger + Shutter button+Power switch, please release them until the right indicator becomes solid green.
Besides, please make sure DJI Go 4 has been closed completely in case it is still running in the background.
