Hi can anyone help me please . i have a p4p and having trouble the last couple of days geting my p4p connected . on my ipad air 2 it says on app disconnected and no battery info either but can put my samsung galaxy s6 and it connects right away ..help pls as its doing my head in Thanks

I updated my dji app that's when problem started 2 days ago

I have 3 times even erased ipad twice

Version  4.1.17?

I have heard of difficulty with the app and  Ipads recently.  I am using an iPhone 6s , and it's working good.  Maybe someone else having the same problem can help.

yes but its the dji go 4 app I updated

What's the current version of your iPad OS? Have you tried to change another working cable and confirm?

All sotred now down graded firmware on ipad air 2 and works .I want to thank everyone for your help Appriciated

Hi, I am little confused by your solution.  As a new P4P owner myself I am trying to be proactive. When you say you downgraded the FW on the iPad Air 2, what FW was downgraded?  The aircraft, the remote control or the tablet computer?  Please elaborate....Thank you for your help

It sounds like the issue between DJI GO and the latest IOS. The DJI GO 4.1.17 is trying to fix this, and I'll report to engineers for further review.

Hi,  I am running the latest software version (DJI GO 4) on my iPad MIni 4.  The iPad Mini 4 also has the latest version of the operating system (IOS)   The firmware on both the AC and the RC are also the latest version.  Since its a P4P I requested the Beta discussed in another thread and installed that as well.  No problems connecting to the aircraft.

Hi Susan,  I must rescind my previous post.  I am seeing some Camera Settings issues with my setup:
App 4.1.18
iOS  11,1,2

When setting Custom Camera settings, the messages that pop up do not make sense.  They are different than the ones on my Samsung Galaxy S6. Instead of "Load" as a option it says "Loading".  Also after you tap "Loading".  The camera restarts with new setting and the message is "Failed to Load Camera Settings".  But the new settings apparently load.

Also after loading the new settings, the camera swings over to left and very slowing returns to center.

Not familiar with the Air 2 but you may want to check the specs to see if it is fast enough and has enough memory. Just a thought.

Susan, I have the latest beta firmware on the aircraft as provided by Thor.   I will try tonight to capture a video when I get home.  I did reconnect the Galaxy S6 and then back to the iPad Mini 4 and it does repeat the behavior.
