Bit disappointed with my spark. If I fly it more than around 120 metres I get a very well signal. Image drops out then it disconnects. My 100 toy drone can fly further. Can anyone pleas help.

Are you using OTG cable?

Did you use it in urban and  there were interferance?

Please ensure that you fly in a wide place without interference. I would not recommend you wear a bluetooth devices with you. You can try to set your phone in airplane mode.

I'm in The UK too a regularly fly it further than that without any issues.

Normally for Asia / Europe , the norm is you cannot fly beyond 250 meters . Only in the uSA you can fly more distance without any hesitation from SPARK.

The spark switches to 5Ghz in these regions and in USA it switches automatically to 2,4GHZ where the distance can be beyond 1000 meters Even though the user may switch to 2.4GHz, there is no effect while the SPARK flies as it detects the region and switched to the regulation frequency.

Did you keep you RC always directed to the Spark and the antennas well positioned?
