Hi,

I have an Osmo+ PLUS. I'm having black screen here and there, but i can make recordings.
I tried to Update it to the latest firmware. I made sure it is for Osmo+ and not for Osmo only.
I made sure the Red/Green is blinking when updating, and solid green when it's done. After update, i restarted the osmo, but then the left side LED started blinking Red/Green again.
I went to the DJI Go app, and reformat the memory card.
but after that, i tried to use my osmo, when i press the record button either on Phone or Osmo, it tries to record, but stops and it go back to Camera Instead of Video. it basically wont let me try to record any video anymore. I can't either record or capture any pictures anymore.

I updated from Firmware v1.4.0.70 to OSMO+ Firmware v1.6.1.00
The Firmware on the DJI Go App says I.6.1.00 after update, so which means it was successful.

Please Help!

We suggest to flash the firmware again with the following steps: download the firmware to the root directory of SD card; Before power on, keep pressing the Trigger and Record button at the same time, then press Power switch for about 5 seconds until the indicator blinks red and green alternatively.
After updating, please delete the firmware in SD CARD.

I tried doing the firmware upgrade again. Tried with 2 different cards. As i followed the video instruction, what i get is both LEDs are blinking green and red alternately.

Still I cant make any recordings or capture any photos.

Will these two indicators become solid green after a few minutes?

No, I even waited upto 1hr and it just keep blinking (I have it connected to a Dummy battery). Gimbal is Active.

Please open SD card, there will be result file about the updating, roll down to the bottom and check the status. If it is Failed, please open the hidden file of your computer and send me the log details about the updating.

whenever I try to Install the firmware, this is what it gives me. I think it is just the firmware. I've been able to use the osmo no problem since I got it. Problem only occurred after the update. could be me or could be the sd card.

I tried a different method this time. Instead of pressing Record, trigger and power at the same time, i just click power and it started normal firmware upgrade. But it's an hour now and it's still flashing.

UPDATE:

Now it can capture photos, but records a video upto 6 secs, then stops. i can view the video if i connect the sd in my computer.

Also, the screen in my Ipod touch 6 and Asus Shield K1 tablet still back.

Try replacing the Memory Card.
