Unfortunatelly , the new software is  not working with samsung tab 4 and phantom 3 advanced. The  only version of DJI GO app that is working well  wiyh my tablet is DJI GO APK 3.1.11.  Please do something. Thanks

I have a galaxy ta A and it's working great, you may try to uninstall the app and reinstall it, hope that helps you.

The mobile device you referred has not been tested, and it may be not stable with the latest DJI GO. You can try to uninstall the APP, delete all related files and reinstall to check whether it helps.

My tab 4 used to work well before the last  updates (till 3.1.11). I believe that DJI should take into consideration  old customers with old tablets before making updates on its software. Its not that easy buying new tablets all the time. Please do something about it. Thanks

What settings are present on your Go 3.1.23 ? Did you switch off the video cache yet?

Hi again . I did erase all cache data from my tablet but dji go 3.1.23. crashed again from the very first moment. It crashes from the beginning of loading the app so I cant make any changes on the settings of the software.

I've turned off auto -update on my GOAPP to keep 3.1.11.  I hope it keeps till spring.

Go to apkpure.com and search under DJI >older versions<

If I'm not mistaken, the Tab 4's software is not updating anymore, and won't work with current DJI app updates.  Mine quit working several months ago, almost a year in fact.

What Android version is it on the Tab 4? 5,6 or 7.

Hi. My tab 4 (sm-t335) is Android 5.1.1. The only dji version that works fine is DGI GO 3.1.11. Please do something . Thanks

The best is use the 3.1.11 with disabled auto update to that time that DJI has a fix for the newer versions newer 3.1.22 or 3.1.23.

I've been flying with my Phantom 3 SE on the various versions of the DJI GO app for over a year.  Zero issues with the app.  Today I upgraded to 3.1.23.  Took off and the app crashed right after takeoff.  Luckily I was only at about 15m and straight up.  I had to restart the app twice just to get to land.

DO NOT UPDATE to the version!

What app version you used before the update? and did you stop all other apps before you start the Go app? After update to 3.1.23 i ´d 5 flights without any issue with my Phantom.

3.1.18, and no I didn't stop all other apps.  I've never had to before.

You may draw parallels to the development of Windows. the PCs must have more power. Exactly so is it with the Go app versions. It´s equal from the OS what we use. The Go app uses much power. Switch off the auto update if it´s available. Do you have the 3.1.18 in backup? If yes,then you can preform a roll back to that version or older.

an application to manage telemetry in a flying device, should not include audio / video editors ... possibility of streaming and social networks .... I am not an app developer, but I have friends who are ... and under your analysis, they agree with my opinion.

you said it RIGHT !! The Go app uses much power .... and indeed, it needs that power to manage telemetry and vision in the first person, positioning and others ... not to edit videos and upload them to my favorite social network ....

I have decided not to do more experiments with my device .. I mean to return to previous versions, both in application and in FW, I have 4 months  my device...  trying to make it work, but it is not our problem ....

fortunately a friend has lent me another device .. I will not tell the brand, but it has nothing to do with this

But Litschi uses the setting from the Go app, Example: You bye a new drone and want to activate it and can´t until the Go app is crashing,how you want to fly the drone with Litschi?
And the AC´s and RC´s FW has nothing to do with the Go app. It´s the OS for the copter system not for the phone or mobile. Don´t forget not this point.

For what it's worth,
I'm flying a New SE, 2 Standards and an Advanced using an Acer Iconia Tab 8, a Galaxy Tab A 8", Galaxy Tab A 7" and a NVIDA Shield K1 respectively with no real problems. All on 3.1.23. The SE and Standards are on 1.5.40. I'd have o go check the Advanced.  (typed one handed while knocking on wood) ;-)
Almost embarrassing to say the silly little Acer works as well as the Shield....

Then the 3.1.23 is not so bad as some users say,but these Go apps have long rat tails(editor and streamer). These rat tails use computing power too in the same time we control our Phantoms and most be cut off during flight with the Phantom. The we´ll have less crashes or less lags.

Dji app should tags with phone sets tat is using... For us phones tabs users to select models first..den select apps version

That option is not available in Google play store. But on the site Apkpure.com are older versions stored.
