Please help!!!!!

I have recently bought the Osmo+ and I use my galaxy note 4 with it. The quality of the image on my phone during recording is very poor.....more like 720p quality even if recording in 2.7k etc.
The screen resolution of the phone is much higher so why the poor quality video????

Is it due to the phone and camera being wirelessly connected?
Can someone with an Osmo+ comment if this is normal or not.
The actual video on the sd card is fine when I view it on my laptop.

Yea, the live feed will be capped at 720p (uncertain, but still makes sense) because it is feeding it off the camera over WiFi.

When you are setting the video resolution to 2.7K, you are setting the resolution of the actual recording, ie. the footage on the microSD card.

Please follow the advice in 2#. You can not set the resolution of the image transmission. If the transmission is breaking and bad, I would recommend you reset the wifi and shoot the video in a place without interference. Or you can change a mobile device and see if it works better.
