I shipped my mavic pro off on the 10th of November for repairs. Before it even made it out of the province it was lost by ups. Ive brought it to their attention, but they have said they can do nothing until dji contacts them since dji created the shipping label. I want this fixed and i don't want it to take forever. I've already made attempts at contacting dji (always a nightmare), but in usual fashion i have heard no positive response back yet.
Somebody please do something about this asap or i go straight to the Better Business Bureau and hand it off to them to deal with. Tired of games and waiting.
