Unlocking zones using flysafe website help

Unlocked zones several times in the flysafe web site. Last 2 days on my dji account page, at the bottom it says my unlocking plans but nothing shows when I attempt to unlock a zone. Gone through the whole process, verified by mobile sucessful but still no plans appear.
Anyone esle having issues or is it just me.

I have the exact same problem. Did flysafe support get this fixed?

My app account shows I have a valid authorization but, my account online doesn't show anything.

As long as the unllock zone is apperaing in the app, I wouldn't worry about it.  I have to use the unlock zone everytime, because I live close to a very small airport.  The have given me a 3 month unlock.  fly safe should be able to help you out and they respond to every email I've sent.

I did get an email from Flysafe support but, they are asking for authorization forms, photo ID, etc. I don't think they understood that I was just looking to unlock it for the 3 day duration. That is for a 3 month unlock, which is better but, how long it will take for them to decide to unlock my Spark is a mystery. All the videos I have seen show people just unlocking direct from the app and then they start flying.

I still think that you can fly with an OTG cable, Go4 v.4.1.15 and mobil data usage on your android!

If the unlock is showing in the app, you should be good to go.  I haven't had any issues.

Ah, actually, that can be!
The same like with other things, load the stuff via mobil data or wifi at home, don't close the app, start the spark, connect, cached, fly.
