Hi,
Just got the Osmo+ but the app on my iphone is not picking up any images from the osmo. Lots of N/A across the top of the screen with a low battery sign but the phone has plenty of juice and it is a freshly charged battery in the osmo.

It seems to take pictures and video fine as I seem them if I pull the card and check it. The app is just broken. Any ideas? Is it an uninstall and reinstall job or something else?

Hello, did you close DJI Go 4 completely? Please make sure DJI Go 4 doesn't run in the background. Thanks.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM BEFORE APP UPGRADE AND I USE NOW THE NEW NOTE 8 AND THE APPLICATION SAY THAT THE DJI GO APP IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE CONFIGURATION SIZE OF EXIBITION AND MAY BE CAN NOT FUNCTION WELL

I have exactly the same problem on S8+...
