I am getting a no image transmission signal and weak image transmission signal message when flying my Phantom 3 Pro. The message appears and then the screen on my tablet goes black or the picture on the screen freezes and it turns grey. I'm not sure if it is something wrong with the camera, transmitter, app, or aircraft itself. I see that people have had this issue before but I haven't seen any solutions. If anyone has had this problem and fixed it I would really appreciate if you can let me know how to fix it.

Can you use the RC to control the drone when this message appears?  What tablet are you using? And what is the APP version?

Yes I can see the RC when the message appears. I am using an Ipad (2017) and DJI Go 3.1.22.

I am having the same problem.  My video is all scrambled after the last firmware update.  I've tried all of the suggested fixes and none of them work.  I am convinced this is a firmware issue and DJI needs to fix this.

What kind of areas are you flying in? Is it just the image transmission, or is it RC signal as well? Could you clarify which OS version you're running as well? Have you tried a complete uninstal/reinstall of the app or changing out the lightning cable?

Could you also clarify what mobile device, Go app version and OS version you're running? Could you answer some of the similar question on post #6 as well?

I am using the Ipad 9.5 inch 2017, IOS 11.1.2, DJI Go App for Phantom 3 Pro 3.1.22. It is just the image transmission. I did reinstall the app, but I haven't used a different cable. Just to update, I went to an open soccer field and flew the drone for about 10 minutes today and I didn't get the no image/weak transmission signal. I don't think that the issue is solved just maybe luck because I was in an open field. However, the no image transmission message started to happen after I updated the app a few days ago and I have to move the AC around when I'm out shooting to get the image to appear on the tablet. I dismounted the camera and repositioned the wires that go from the aircraft to the camera, but I don't think that helped. Could it be something internally in the camera?

Fast blinking red/green lights on the RC, App shows to calibrate IMU but no effect when I calibrate, Red/Green/Broken Video Signal in the App

Done but no effect:
- Factory Reset of Drone & RC
- Assistant checked for newest Update / Reinstalled latest Firmware Update
- App reinstall (iOS & Android)

Setup
- iPad Pro (IOS 11.1.2)
- Phantom 4

Seems like DJI broke the device with a firmware update..
Can anyone help with this?
