Email Support Form is broken - not possible to Submit due to bug

On this page https://www.dji.com/support the EMAIL form is broken; the Country/Region field is buggy.
After selecting Region = North America, a spinning logo appears to the right of the Country/Region field and does not go away.  It seems that the request to load Country/Region field values breaks.  I tried refreshing multiple times and this repeatedly happens.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.12.6

I'm experiencing the issue in Safari 1.0.1 (12604.3.5.1.1) and Chrome 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) so it does not appear to be a browser issue.
