Hi guys, i recently took my Spark out for a flight and came upon 2 problems. Not one of the Quickshot modes are working. When i choose i.e circle the drone just goes backwards and keep going and going until i have to take over manualy. Same thing with dronie, rocket etc.
The other problem i found was with active track. The drone starts following me. When i want to slide it to go around I get a error message 'Debug failed'.
I do have the latest firmware installed.
Dont know if this might also be the reason. When i wanted to take off with my second battery i got a message. 'Cant take off error 110. Contact DJI' But it did took off again after a few minutes.

It would help to know which version of DJI GO 4 you are using and on which operating system (iOS or Android) you are.
I use the following:
RC with Samsung S6 edge Android version 7.0.
DJ GO App v3.1.23
Oh, then your problems are not surprising. The App is totally outdated. I do not recommend to install the current version 4.1.18 (it has some bugs) but eg. the previous one which is 4.1.15. You will not find it on Playstore but on APK Mirror. I am quite sure your Quickshots and Active Track will work then.
Also make sure that you have the latest firmware on your Spark, best with DJI Assistant.
Hi, sir. Please note that spark use DJI GO 4 and 3.1.23 is the latest version of DJI GO. For your first question, please follow the procedure of the video and you can not enter quickshot mode when your drone is in sport mode. Also, we would recommend you fly in a place with good GPS signal.
Same issue. Updated firmware on xmas day. Downloaded app. Running on moto z play. DJI go 4. Active track drone does not move. When try and slide to either side message says debug failed. Also app crashes a lot.
