[size=14.6667px]I have a battery issue. My battery shows fully charged yet when I put it in the AC, it does the preamble, gimble, props ect. The rear lights stay orange and flashing, and the props will not fire (manually) or through auto take off. No warnings through app. I cleaned contacts to no avail. Put my second battery in and AC, remote and app function normally. Battery 1 was fine yesterday, and has 40ish cycles on it

just guessing, maybe the battery thinks it is too cool to operate.

What temperature has the battery before start up the AC ? and what region is your flight area?

Were both batteries updated?

Hi Ron, could you please provide a screenshot of the Battery info page? Besides,  please check the Aircraft status-- Overall status, see if there is an error message.
