HI!

I've purchased from AliExpress brand new DJI Osmo+ and have problem with shooting video.

First, it connects to phone, I launch app, and then there is black screen and nothing else. I tried other phones as well, it didn't help.

Second, it doesn't shoot video without phone too - red light keeps blinking even when I press record button twice. I've also upgraded FW, but still there is no change.

Can you help me solve this problem? Seller claims that this is FW problem and refuses to replace this unit.

May I know which mobile devices you have tried?
What is the color of both two indicators when powering on?
When recording video, you just need to press Video Record Button once, then the left indicator will blink red slowly.
More details would be appreciated.

I've tried it with Samsung S8+, Meizu MX5 and iPhone 7.

Left one is light green when powering on, but it happens from time to time.

After pressing button twice it shoots video. Nevertheless, video file shows different artifacts in form of black or green lines.

Normally, the left indicator should be extinct after powering on a few seconds later,and then it will blink red slowly during video shooting.
Would you please try to flash the firmware to see if the problem persists?
