Haven,t used the Inspire for a long time and have also moved to another country. On start up the green light is on after booting but from RC I cannot see the camera, I have gimbal movement, I can take photo, I can even start motors, But the app says disconnected, and so nothing works from the app.

Is all the firmware up to date?

Hi, Sandy. Please check the 8 pin and 10 pin cable above the camera. It seems that the cable is not connected. Did the camera start self-check when it turn on?

Try a different cable from RC to monitor.

Did you update the RC and the AC ?  Is the Go app update to date ?  Change cable form the Go app to the RC device .

Disconnected is usually from a faulty  connection form the RC to the Go App but if not on the correct FW on the Rc and AC can cause it as well.
