When I download the app. And I've done it more times than I can count. And I sign in without any cables plugged into my S8+, it opens to the Inspire page with the camera view option enabled. When I swipe to the P3Pro, the camera view is not offered, only how to connect tab.
It doesn't matter if I'm connected to the remote or not. I can't enter camera mode to update my remote.

This is what shows. I can't get into P3Pro to do update. And I can't do anything in the Inspire camera view. And I don't own an Inspire !

Hi there, sorry for the late response first. What's the current version of the APP? Please try to uninstall the APP, delete all related files and reinstall to see whether it helps. Also, you can change to another working cable to verify.
