Just bought an osmo+ and I cannot get it to connect to my phone(iphone 5s, says no interent) and I cannot get JI go to give me an osmo option, I already have a mavic pro and DJI go dosnet offer the Osmo as an option only drones.  

They use different apps

Mavic Pro uses the "DJI Go 4" app
Osmo+ uses the "DJI Go" app

Hi Richi, I have responded your previous post that the corresponding APP for Osmo+ is DJI Go.
When you connect to Osmo+ in your wifi settings, the APP will recognize Osmo+ automatically.
If not, I suggest to reset Osmo+ wifi via the tutorial video below:

I am having a similar problem. Was a solution ever found. The 2 button reset doesn't work for me .

I have had my osmo for about 6 months, suddenly the gimble appears to be dead and it will not connect to wifi or the app. I have tried to update the firmware without success. It seems nothing is working. Anyone have siilar happen/ a solution? It will power on but then basically nothing happens or works.
