Hi Guys,
we got some issues when shooting in dual controller mode with the inspire 2.
The Slave controller (camera/gimbal operator) loses connection when it's more than 2 meters (7 feet) away from the master controller. That's not right, is it?
With our inspire 1 we could be over 10m (30ft) apart an still work fine.
When regaining connection, camera-settings are not how we set them up.
If both controllers stay side by side there is no problem.
Anyone got any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Hi Frank, sorry to read on this, the maximum distance between Master RC and Salve RC is 100m.
Have you tried to switch two RCs? May I know the current firmware version of RC? Thank you.

I am franks pilot in this situation.
To answer your questions: I have tried to switch the remotes but the problem persists. I tried to refresh firmware on both RC without any change... current firmware version RC is 01.01.0002
