When I fly my drone the feedback is perfect so then I record. When I go to look at the video I took it freezes and is very glitchy. Please tell me what to do to stop this

Is this the video on your drones SD card or on your device, if it’s on the SD Card whichncard are you using.

Alan is correct. Device cache is low res. Check ones on SD card.

This was on my phone not as card but is it better for it to go to the sd card

The Sd card is the primary location for your recordings and photos, the files on there are full res and should be perfect.  the files on your phone are only a low res copy, I don't even bother with mine

The mobile is not for recording the clips and photos. The mobile is to look for the status and action as control parts of the air craft and last  but not least to see what do you want to record. The result of vids and pics are stored on the SD card in copters cam.

Hi Sir, the quality video will be saved in SD card, you can check and edit directly. The video cache in mobile device is mainly for composition. It is normal as they come with low resolutions, no worries.
