Why does my DJI Go App crash when I go into thr editor mode? Once it starts crashing it continues to do so every time I open.

have you tried reinstall the app ?

I did and it worked fine until I went back into the editor mode. Then it started crashing again. Is there a bug in the app?

What device are you using?  Is DJIgo the only app running?  

I'm using an iPhone 7 and the only open app is DJI Go. I just have problems when I go to the video editor mode. It makes the app crash after a few seconds and continues to crash afterwards. Then I have to delete the app and download again.

Hi, sir. Please ensure that your IOS system is 11.2 and the crash may be caused by its system. If the problem remains, please provide us the crash log through ITool and the version of your app. Thanks  for your help.
