DJI Osmo Pro -Under the firmware tab in the app it says: Firmware unknown

Hi there, is there any problem with Osmo Pro during shooting?
For the firmware version, please flash the firmware again according to the video below, please refer to it.

I just tried that and it didn’t work.

Any other suggestions???

Does it have any effect on Osmo 's normal operations? If yes, you may have to send it in for repair? it is not likely that you can fix it yourself.

It works fine. I just can’t update the software.  Do you have any other suggestions?

Does anyone know where I can get a firmware link to fix my Osmo Pro??? It continues to say firmware unknown in the DJI Goapp and DJI HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING TO HELP ME FIX IT!!!

Hi, I had the same problem on my 2 osmos.

You have to upgrade your osmo with the firmware 1.4.0.70 : https://www.dji.com/osmo-pro-and-raw/info#downloads
