My Osmo Mobile is not saving the 360° and panoramic photos on the SD card and internal memory.

It performs the entire capture process, but, the photos is not saved.

Thanks for coming back to us.
The picture usually can be viewed in Playback in the APP.
For the composite pano picture, please connect your phone to the computer and find it in mobile device/DJI/Camera/PANO.
Please let me know if there is further problem, thank you.

I connect the osmo to the cellphone, star the process, the osmo makes the shots, but it does not appear in the app gallery and are not daves either in internal memory or sd card.

Maybe they are save in the phone.
