I'm so sad. After flying 100 meters, the dji spark battery fell steeply, the drone followed in a river. Can not recover it. I have the flight data in my iphone.

All my family had contributed for this gift. What can I do ? Help me please.

I think, you did not fix the battery properly into the SPARK  The SPARK is a robust device.

why did you take your SPARK over the river with your first flight !! ???

I feel with you for your loss! You may contact DJI support and seek their advice.

I make 100meters without problem and just after hé crashes. If problem of fixation maybe battery falls before ?
Wasnt my first fly and the river had only 5 meters of large.

Really unlucky...

I have send logs to dji. I had gps, i had fly 100 meters before loose battry. They are pro. I hope it Will be ok.

Hi Stéphanie, sorry to read your post and I feel your pain. Have you got the case number from the support? Please kindly offer it at your earliest convenience, we'd like to check the exact status.

My battery fell off at 6 meters,, however it was my fault as I had just changed batteries and did not install it properly..
