Using a Mac (10.11.6 El Capitan) and the latest DJI Assistant. When connecting via USB I can see my Spark from the DJ Assistant app, everything seems to connect well - but when it tries to retrieve the list of flight logs, the small wheel just spins forever. Anybody encountered something similar? Any suggestions (already tried reinstalling).

Hi, sir. If you want to export the files of flight records, please connect your phone with PC and find them in the path: /sdcard/DJI/dji.go.v4/FlightRecord. Hope it can help you.

Yes, having the same issue. I can get the flight records from my phone as DJI Elektra says, but Why won't DJI Assistant 2 work correctly. Looking for answers. Sorry if this Posts 3 times. I've never Posted before.
