I am registering my drone to the FAA but I do not know which series of numbers is the serial number. I read a post which stated that "it is under the battery slot" Is it the SN:?

Serial# is on the box it came in.

Thanks mate for the help. Do I need to apply to the FAA? or can I just  use my drone.
