It is interesting topic, as at the beginning I had no mean to edit my clips, then I found "Resolve" and start doing my best - But some of longer - unedited clips have a lot more views than shorter edited ones - go figure

ya if a video is much longer than one minute then my attention/attraction to it is gone. I've always been that way. I would make a crappy reviewer lol

I was thinking the same, But in my channel, there are some unedited - long flights and they have significantly more views than shorter edited versions!
It can be explained either by my really bad editing or people like to see the whole story even rewinding (an average view time is a bit less than a minute ) or of course by where they where published
