Can anybody help ?    The first still [jpeg] I shot on my mavic opens just fine on my Mac computers. I have now shot another series of stills [ in jpeg ] and they will not open on the same computers. I get an error message saying either they are damaged or in a format the mac can't understand .......  I transferred one to my iphone and all i got was a blank [white ] photo.  I'm sure I have not changed any settings .....................   

OK   sorted -   I transferred the jpg's again using the DJI cable and now they open ! So  ..............  the Mavic does not like my new belkin cable : ((

I had the same problem (using the DJI cable). First I connected it from the Mavic to the Macbook and then turned on the Mavic, then files would not opens with the same message you had.

Instead of this procedure I tried connected the cable from the computer to the Mavic device when the device was turned on. Then it worked.... Good to know.
