I have been doing real estate for awhile, low end of the market money wise unless you can land homes valued at $1M or more, agents don't want to spend their commission money on supplemental aerial videos, most take their own pictures, good rule of thumb if you do RE video, keep your segments around 4-5 seconds and have many different angles/segments. Shoot in RAW manual and adjust for light & color in post edit.
