Hi there
I am a new spark owner and purchased this 4 days ago after watching some great reviews of the product.
Specs state 300m distance, I can’t get video past 100m and this is very annoying as just want to go up to the 300m mark as I do paintball and the field is 400m square and need to cover this area.
Also the height and distance inside the app get resetting and won’t stay bedded.
Please help or can I get my money back as it not doing as spec say.
Is it a software issue.
I have latest updates for iOS and go4 app
Have otg cable and remote control with Bluetooth switched off.

Remember to point the antennas towards the spark by keeping the flat part perpendicular to the spark as shown below
