My p3s stopped sen d ing camera transmission signal,but still recorded on sd card.However,sd video quality was poor,with very bright screen.

Also I noticed I only have one external  antenna cable (grey)on the p3s.Am I right in thinking I should have 2 such cables ?

I haven't had a crash,so if I did lose one cable,it came off on its own !

Any comments would be most appreciated.

Alan, please try to re-seat the pin on the side of the gimbal to see whether there is any difference. If not, I'm afraid that you may consider to send it in: https://www.dji.com/support
