Easy. Get a bigger drone with a 360 camera mounted to it, and then tape a spark to it. 360 video is restricted to cameras built to do it. Normally they have multiple lenses and CCD's to capture everything around them at once. The spark only captures what is ahead of it.
The Spark has an 81.9 degree field of view. The only way to capture 360 is by using the yaw of the drone. Course lock is great for this too as enables forward flight whilst the yaw rotates the drone without changing the direction of the drone but that intelligent flight mode is on the Mavic and up.
