So I have an H4-3D. It runs fine for about 6 minutes; then it pitches all the way back (skyward) and banks back and forth, back and forth in a snappy rocking motion.

It won't stop or reset until I unplug the battery. The it will run fine again for about 6 minutes.

Anyone else seen this?

Any thoughts on correcting it?

I think it might be power related.

I noticed the last time it happened that My IOSD MK2 started flickering off and on at the same time. It could be when the battery is getting tired.

Does it happen late in a flight with you?

I was considering taking the H4-3D and IOSD out of the main power and giving them their own battery to see if that solved it. I think it would kill flight times for me (which are low already).

Yes it does happen late in the flight but in my case I have noticed that I am usually yawing the craft when it starts so I'm not sure if its power related.  Sure would be nice to hear from DJI about this issue.
