Hi! I did these steps but it solves the problem temporarily.
from 7 forward, android os has a power management feature which can cause that symptom - you have to disable it for GO4 - it's in the power or battery management settings in your device - i had the same issue, and since making the changes, i have had 0 app-closing occurrences.
