I have a DJI Spark and I using the Moto Z Play with Android 7.1.1. I start using the DJI GO 4 but suddenly it closes. What is happening?

You using OTG?  What version of GO app?

Fabio, please provide the info mentioned in 2#. I would recommend you save all the files of DJI GO 4 and reinstall the app. Or you can clear the cache files in the app and phone. Thanks for your support.

Hi! I'm not using the OTG. The app version is 4.1.22

I think the performance of app varies from different Android devices. Please use the recommended one for better flight performance.

from 7 forward, android os has a power management feature which can cause that symptom - you have to disable it for GO4 - it's in the power or battery management settings in your device - i had the same issue, and since making the changes, i have had 0 app-closing occurrences.
