This is my favourite first participant and I seek your help and guidances. I purchased spark two weeks ago and I tried it several times using both iPhone and remote control. By using these two methods, I couldn’t move and control gimbal. It should be simple and straightforward using DJI apps but it was not.
Any one face similar problem? Any idea how to solve it?

How have you been trying to control the gimbal? If you look at the DJI Go 4 app and see the side bare next too the photo capture button there is a bar that you can use to move the gimbal up and down. Ill post a photo

And have you tried the wheel on the remote control?

I have the same issue on a 4P4 the wheel  will not adjust the gimbal??  Any help would be appreciated.

Calibrate the remote controller via the app when the drone is switched off. The second stage of the procedure calibrates the gimbal tilt wheel - hope that fixes it.

Those annoying little things called magnets LOL Glad thats fixed it for you. Calibrate the RC sticks from time to time.

Hi there, please try to follow A CW's advice, calibrate the RC, you can refer to the tutorial below; also, try to reset the gimbal settings. Please keep us updated if the issue persists.
