Looks like a compass issue perhaps, or bird strike?

http://app.airdata.com/main?share=nvDmPW&page_id=SENSORSCompass

Also a lot of switching to Atti mode

You will prob need to wait for Labroides to take a look, i am just making small observations

Your Phantom was going full forward with no other joystick input.
At 2:19.7 things started going wrong.
The Phantom dropped its nose and rolled right and fell tumbling and spinning.
This is consistent with losing one motor or prop.
It maintained power all the way down.
The battery was showing normal charge levels.
The error messages and atti mode are a result of the tumbling and not indicating the cause of the trouble.

It looks like a case to take to DJI.
Upload the flight record to their cloud (click the cloud icon on your flight record page.
Then go to DJI online support and start a chat with their people to get things happening
Good luck.

Hi there, I'm sorry to read the accident. If the drone is still in warranty period, I'd suggest to contact our support and start a case: https://www.dji.com/support Data analysis is recommended to check the exact status.

Sorry for your lose

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Looking at your FlightRecord I would say you lost a prop at 2:19.8 when you were 120m high and fell like a stone.

This video is your FlightRecord in actual time.

Your Speed Errors occurred after the main event as you were falling.

Hopefully repairable but from that height not sure.

Sorry again.

Hmmm.  Looks like a bad calibration. Attitude and RTH have different settings to bring AC home auto or manual.
