Would really appreicate your helping a newcomer to the Mavic, as I'm supposed to be filming my own wedding in two weeks with thus.

Getting stutters when doing a slow panning shot. Note no wind, slow stick inputs (about 38%), wearing a ND8 filter, shooting 4k.  Here's a link demoing the issue, see 6s and 42s in, thanks very much!

I've had a bit of this with my Mavic Pro, but in particular when the drone is farther away than normal. Have you done all the firmware updates yet?

I haven't installed the very latest one. Have you resolved this issue yourself?

Another thing I try to do for professional video taking is to do multiple takes of the same sections. With iMovie I then splice out the jagged parts, replacing them with transitions. You can see some examples in my short videos from the link.

Thanks for the tip but you can see from th video I tried to capture the same shot twice, with both times stuttering

It still happens to me as well, but it seems a lot less often than before I did the updates.

Try a video using one of the advanced flight modes like quickshot helix or circle and see if the video is smooth. If it is then the problem may be with the way you are holding the stick and even though you don't think you are changing it, you may be hesitating it slightly.

Your SD card is up to scratch?
