The reason I ask is that I joined "DJI Select" back in December when it first came out.
When I placed the order for Mavic Air, there was no mention on the order form that I was a Select Member.
Later, I get this email from DJI. Basically, they know I ordered the Mavic Air, and ask me to join DJI Select. So, it is apparent that they do not know I am already a member.
When I text support via Chat, after about an hour, it is apparent to me the company has issues.
First, it should have taken 2 minutes by phone. It took over an hour by typing the same thing over and over.
Second, all they could tell was my order. They have no idea of my status as a "select" member.
I was expecting something a little more professional from a company that makes such great drones.
Something like "thank you for your order, and thank you for being a select member"
Just "anything" that gives me a clue...Instead, I get this...
