Hello fellow DJI Drone Members! I've been lurking behind the scenes the past few days reading many of your questions, comments and general discussions. Have to say it's an interesting community for sure! I've been a Phantom 4 owner for close to two years now and am eagerly awaiting the Mavic Air.


Like some of you, I ordered the Red version in the Fly More Combo and counted down the days until the 28th. When it became apparent that the Red orders may not be shipping out on the 28th, I cancelled and switched over to the Black Onyx Fly More Combo WITH DJI Goggles.... leave it to me to up the price and get a color that I initially hadn't planned on haha.


After checking my account this evening, I was delighted to see the Shipped step had "lit up" blue and that FedEx has been assigned as my shipper. While no tracking # has been made available, I'm excited that the Mavic along with the other items are that much closer to getting airborne!


Look forward to seeing many of you share your thoughts, post pictures and videos and enjoy their new drone.

Thank you! So far the Mavic Air has been a very impressive machine, really a marvel of technology (as is many of the other products) and just mind-blowing to think what else will be coming down the pike soon.

The good thing in my opinion is they're causing other competitors, namely in the "gimble" space to innovate and all of this is great as the more competition there is, the better! Granted, not much competition in Drones but there are some other companies to watch out for that I think will push DJI to continue to keep tech innovation up!

Competition does keep companies on their feet for sure but DJI seem to do it anyway LOL
