For those who might be interested.  I took a bunch of information I had compiled from watching and reading a bunch of other tutorials and put this video together.  Hoping it might be helpful to some on the forum.  If you believe I mistated anything please let me know.  Flying my Spark is one thing and it's an entirely seperate topic in understanding all the manual camera settings.

From what I understand, because the SPARK shoots video at 30FPS, you'll want your shutter speed to be 1/60th of a second (or 60 for motion blur or 120, 240, etc. ), as long as it can be divided by 30.
With the frames per second (fps) referring to the number of individual frames that comprise each second of video being recorded.

You did a good job, so it's hard to add something else. I can admit that sensor of the Spark dictate us to keep ISO as 100, so basicly all we can to adjust is shutter speed. If we increase ISO above 100, we get so much noise on our footage that depreciate our work.

Have you got idea how to change resolution settings on spark.  
My photos come out small and ony 128x128 resolution and cant zoom in off photo help any please

Looking at the Spark specs you should be able to shoot the following Image Sizes:

3968 x 2976
1440 x 1080 (ShallowFocus)
2300 x 1280 (with Pano (horizontal)
960 x 1280 with Pano (vertical)

The SPARK can shoot in different camera modes (Single Shot, Burst, Interval, Panorama, and Shallow-Focus.  So to get into the 'CAMERA SETTINGS' you need to open the DJI GO 4 APP and TAP the Camera Settings Menu.  Since the image size can't be changed I suspect it's the 'Camera Mode' your using.

Make sure your IMAGE SIZE is set to 16:9 (HD)

3968:2976 is actually 4:3, not 16:9. When you set 16:9, you do digital crop (not optical). So, why do you need that? You can do digital crop in postproduction.
