Just wondering if there is any difference in model numbers between P3P and P3P w/battery. Seems strange to delay shipping with battery if they are the same model numbers. Why not ship battery later if that's the case...

I am getting a P3P w/battery from an authorised dealer who is shipping the P3 then battery later but concerned that the P3P w/battery may have an updated model number.

Anyone know the answer to this... Dji???

Because shipping unit now and battery later costs DJI more money?

I offered to pay for the extra shipping for the battery when they do get them and have not heard a word back....Take my 1300 bucks but wont let me know if I can pay extra to just split the order....

The batteries are the same. The difference is that the Professional has a 100W charger, so you'll be able to charge them quicker.

Why not just buy without and get a second battery later? If your willing to pay for the order to be split surely you'd be happy to pay to ship the battery separately?
